Shipping within Italy Shipping within Italy has a flat rate of €7.00. Shipping is free for all orders of €100.00 or more. Orders are dispatched via the following couriers, selected based on the destination:

  • BRT (Bartolini)

  • InPost

  • Poste Italiane The courier is automatically selected at the time of shipment to ensure the best possible service.

International Shipping Shipping to international destinations has a flat rate of €14.99, regardless of the order total.

Processing and Delivery Times Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier. Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days from shipment

  • International: 3–10 business days from shipment

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or extraordinary events.

Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your package directly on the courier's website.

Delivery Responsibility Once the package has been handed over to the courier, any delays or delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping service. However, our customer service team is always available to provide assistance if needed.
